Usually, with a membership suffering from apathy, that path is BAD.The "real" work gets done...theoretically, at the regular BOD meetings, which ALL Owner/Members can attend (except for executive sessions, which are, by law, very narrow in scope of what can be discussed).

I think it would be great for everyone to fill out an introductory worksheet that describes what projects they're working on (or are interested in).We could compile these and distribute a package before our meet up.Then, when we actually meet, we can have an awesome brainstorming session and really help each other out?

There are way too many people charging just for a "coaching" session as a side hustle with their co-hosting or management company.   

They have a package that cost roughly 3k but includes entity formation along with attorney strategy sessions and Tax strategy sessions unlimited for a year along with access to what they are calling their preferred lenders who provide a mixture of private lending along with bank lending.

There are 2 prerequisites that must be done to close, 1 of which is a 1hr counseling session with 1 of the 5 Counselors tasked with handling this.

This is why I'll suggest getting with a CPA that will prepare your return AND have a tax strategy session with you.
