Hi everyone, I live in Los Angeles and I am looking for a mentor or someone to learn from in the house flipping business. I will start flipping homes next year and instrad of going at it blindly, I’d like to do it right and know the ins and out. Does anyone have any good referrals they’d like to recommend?

IMO this is a bad time to start in socal. Competition is fierce and price appreciation has slowed dramatically.
