You have no liability if the router needs reset and you're in Europe for another two weeks - you don't have to interrupt your vacation to get a vendor to go into your home and fix/diagnose, or get to the secure part of a building where you store that equipment.

@Trino Martinez I have a 60-day notice in my leases so if I’m raising rent I send notice plus list of recent nearby rentals out 90 days before lease end so tenant has a month to research then give their 60-day notice to vacate if they choose.
