As @Kevin Hunter mentioned, try to do everything - the only thing stopping you from perusing both at the time is your ability to be efficient with your time and prioritize.

I joined BP to try to develop wholesale and lease option skills at first for the REI side of my new RE life through education, research, relationships and networking for collaboration opportunities to learn organically.
