There are some that make maybe 50k a year and then others that are nurses but have jobs at the hospitals for surgery and they can make a few hundred k a year income.You need to do a time log of money spent and time.

If surgeries performed by surgeons with decades of experience or legal arguments made by experienced lawyers can be replaced by AI, websites can certainly replace agents in their current form.

@John Salgado my issue was a combination of poor grading (towards the house), and a downspout that wasn't pushing water away.My fix was to dig down a bit (shallow) and place some heavy plastic on that corner from the foundation out to the edge of the mulch bed.

Looks like all the other rooms were taped and had plastic put over, but they decided not to on this one?
