Hello all,I've been considering outfitting an empty commercial space I've got for permanent use as a short term event / offsite / networking / all of the above type of space, and use platforms such as Peerspace and Storefront to market it. 

I say this only because the kind of tenant you will be attracting will, likely, cause more wear and tear (less permanent).

So get that question out of your head permanently.

The goal is to build a permanent structure (accessory building) with concrete blocks (CMU) less than 120 sqft. - for example, 10x10 ft, to be used for storage.

Others are a hospital and the city and county (including school systems), so there are a lot of permanent residents too, but renting is probably the best way for an investor to go.

I was told if I'd just had the check sent to my permanent address in TX, then I would've never showed up in the CA tax system.

The leasehold should file the agreement in public record on title to create their superior interest in the solar equipment or those parts of the equipment setup which are not "permanently attached" to the building or "constructively attached" to the building/property.Now that said, you probably have to look to the lease agreement in regards to any repossession rights reserved by the leaseholder.  

If it does not a carbon filter will remove all traces permanently and will need serviced roughly every 3 years.
