Hello Helena, I would recommend you to focus on the west and north west suburbs, Katy, Cypress and Spring as far as areas.

I'll have one ready in July '24 if you have buyers.  

So as a newer person in an area if you want a lot of bids before you close you'll normally end up with the more expensive guys or the ones that don't have work at the moment (usually for a reason).

It looks like you are doing an affordable build based on the cost but hard to say since you didnt provide info on the build itself such as square footage and finishes.

I'm interested in following this project when/if you kick it off. we have this in columbus. 58 rooms on .1 acres. 28000 sq ft. but this site the land is 50k it's set same as columbus but in miami dade county but sounds good. are you more interested in the miami one or the columbus one? 

I am in one of the higher tax brackets and could be saving around 40k~ a year on taxes with this.

If so, you may be able to wholesale the property to someone (perhaps even someone in one of those $400,000 houses) in such a way that you and your grandmother come out whole.
