A simple one page option saying. 1) I understand because of your circumstances you’d like to lease  MTM.2) I don’t usually do MTM leases and it’s harder to lease my property in the “winter”3) because you’ve been such good tenants I’d be willing to make an exception for you at the rate of $x+$200 with the stipulation your provide more at least a 31 day notice to give me time to find a new tenant.

Hello – can someone please help me make sense out of how my property market value can decrease by a couple of hundred thousand dollars in less than one year?

I noticed there isn't a mention of a guardian ad litem being appointed to represent the unknown heirs.

I noticed that these statistics are based on Myrtle beach only which has about 37k population and does not include the broader Myrtle beach Metro area which has about 410k population.

As you improve your credit, you could plan to refinance in the next 12-24 months if rates decrease.

Plus they adjust based on sales and not for a little while i noticed.

I'm currently searching for a house to flip, and I noticed under the "by owner & other" there are a ton of foreclosed homes.

If we are given a proper 30 day notice - we can usually have a tenant ready to move in within 2 weeks of the exiting tenant moving out.  

You could try talking to them and posting a notice to vacate as you now own the home, but I wouldn't go alone and I doubt they will leave.
