I will be taking my NH exam in June, so will be licensed in NH as well.

Buyers will open the cupboards and examine the space within.

Once I was home and I had examined the lease I found they had not signed and initialed it as it was supposed to be.

You really shouldn't confirm for me exactly what gets on your nerves.

Goes like this…We have one long building approx 3300 sq ft. with a couple of waiting rooms, ex doctor offices, remember, a nurses station, a coffee break room, several bathrooms, including a handicap one, a large phone and file room, and about 5 or 6 nice office spaces and about a dozen of what were once examination rooms, about 150 sq. ft. ea.

Real and close examination shows most gurus to be nothing more than pitch men or actors.

If you have to resort to lies to convince people to agree with you, perhaps you should re-examine your beliefs.
