Hello everyone. Been reading for awhile now, and finally decided to introduce myself. I am a new MA real estate agent in Lowell, MA and live in Salem NH (bordertown). I will be taking my NH exam in June, so will be licensed in NH as well. I have also worked @ the Post Office for 26 years. My goal is to get my REI business off the ground, so I can leave the Post Office, and focus on RE full time.

I am currently building my buyers list, so I can work on the leads I have accumulated through my connection w/ the PO. I have many mail carriers letting me know about vacant houses, and other info they provide just from talking to their customers. Also, I see all the pre-foreclosure letters coming through, and make note of those. Ultimately, I would like to rehab. I have also joined several AREIA's. Lots of networking, Already that has shown some great results. I love the idea of helping each other out. Whole new idea, after being in a government job for so long. I'm loving it!! Some day I hope to pay it forward. So many great examples of that here. Thank you!!!

Bigger Pockets is such a great resource. I'm looking forward to building relationships with other members. :D
