Is there the necessity to remake the listings with the property manager as the Host? 

In contrast, mid-term rentals are rentals of necessity, typically for people like traveling nurses or other people who are in a location for business reasons.

Looking forward to connect with other investors, wholesalers, lenders, construction company as well as mentor willing to impart wisdom and guidance to a newbie.I created my LLC  last November and bought my first property out of necessity (march of this year ) in WV then another property in PA. 

I also note that you conditioned your response by saying there had to be a repair “request”— which by necessity requires that there had been an inspection. 

In order to keep pace with other rentals and get what I consider "market rent" for the area, that was a necessity.  

Even during tough times, people see their storage units as a necessity, not a luxury.

I'm not sure what you'd consider too much success but failure is a necessity to get there that's for certain.

Personally, I don't see the necessity in billing clients for every small matter such as responding to the IRS.

Which was not just beneficial, but was much of a necessity if I was going to buy properties.Over the years I have learned and grown.  

There is definitely a different need (necessity) for HVAC between (temperate)  Napa, CA &  (steamy hot) Mission, TX.
