@Tony Butindaro, sounds like you all have been doing a great job mitigating your all's loss, while also helping a lot of the tenants not get completely buried in debt.Something I've done, both in the past and currently, Is let unemployed tenants...or tenants I know are looking for extra cash...about general job opportunities I come across.
