Takes great care of the home.You also have to factor since she had been their 17 years if I raised rent to market and she left I would probably have to spend over $5k to update the unit to get market rent, commission to realtor for placing new tenant, 1-2 month vacancy and then how do you know your next tenant will be as good as your last?
