Might make sense to keep it if you have super low interest rate and around 2000sqft or less.Some great groups have been mentioned here, but be careful who you meet with. 

I just set up a Google Appointment Calendar to let clients book showings and meetings directly—really excited to see how that streamlines things.

Ironically most investors don't slow down to ask themselves that simple question but will prepare a multi tab excel spreadsheet justifying the reason behind purchasing the low barrier home that lacks fundamentals because it meets the 1% rule or is a good BRRRR candidate because that's what they are taught.

In the process on meeting with 2-3 now to choose who to work with.
