I have folks that focus on delayed financing, because ‘cash is king’ and the need for quick, smooth transactions help to acquire these properties and get them moving.

Hello Folks, I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the definition of a legal bedroom in Worcester, MA?

I have a Google Sheet that I'm using to track different elements of the project but I'm wondering if folks have success using other software that they can share with me?

@Michael Kattouahi understand what you're saying - lots of folks are shocked when they see how much interest they pay over time.and it's a lot more at 7% than it is at 2.5%.but... i certainly don't worry about it.
