I'm not sure if there are any celebrity owned duplexes in Raleigh but I will keep an eye out!

To celebrate my husband and I went to see a movie that gives me nightmares to this day...PACIFIC HEIGHTS.Fast forward to a few years ago (we are talking a 25 year span here) and I have another trying to pull this same stuff...but Im on to the game now. 

It was close to Christmas when my property manager called me and gave me the bad news: one of the tenants was celebrating his son's birthday and invited the boy's uncle to the party.

Celebrate at least a little.

I'm actually hosting a couple events this month including a workshop on how to monetize your passion/business building and our REIA NYC Relaunch Celebration.

Isn't that insensitive toward tenants who do not celebrate or believe in Christmas?

Lot's of people seem to celebrate their failures with low income - that's like celebrating the fact that you can't learn to ride a bike.

It would akin to asking a Hollywood celebrity to watch my pile of cocaine.

So, let's be clear about how poor someone is before they are the bad kind of poor.I think the first thing that needs to be addressed is the pervasive attitude that poor people have somehow created their own poverty and are simple-minded people that need to have their finances governed by someone else.Just look at the shows showing celebrities trying to buy food for the amount of money allocated to food stamp recipients to see how impossible it is for them to eat on that amount of money for food.
