He didn't take away the next meal from someone in China that made that TV. 

I would never pay for cable & eat out all the time & cook great but affordable meals at home & grill out.

It's not like eating a four-square meal - sometimes you have to exist on pizza for 3 days. :)

(Full disclosure: I co-own the tour, but it's a great way to see the RiNo district, see world-class street art and enjoy a good meal or beer afterward.)There are awesome breweries everywhere, so a tour of those is fun as well.

for me personally I stick to my hotels were I get points.. know what to expect and usually close to downtown since I am treating venders to top line meals etc.. 

They may be happy living in the house for the couple days, with a gift card or two to pay for a few meals out.

I would pay them $40 bucks, bought them snacks before and a meal after.

It would be healthier to buckle down and pay it off by cutting back.But I wouldn't keep a house with this low of an ROE

If you buy a higher priced property, the cost of the repairs (new roof) is the same, but in a much healthier relation to the ARV.
