Bigger Pockets is by far the most dialed-in, pragmatic platform for people looking for financial freedom.

By the looks of it, I think I'm gonna stick with REI though :) Thank you BP for all of your insightful knowledge and showing me the path towards financial freedom!

they pull at every emotional heart string.. you deserve this .. this is so simple do you have what it takes.. your financial freedom number.. like being self employed is something everyone wants. some do fine other fail.. and these are just training programs they don't guarantee success.. just like watching BP pod cast or reading blogs or talking on this site hardly guarantees your success.. real estate is hard.. it takes drive money and dedication .

.. but this gives you the freedom if they stop paying, quick notice of non-renewal, and your loss is minimized. 

First of all i want to thank the bigger pockets community for everything you guys do to help every day people reach financial freedom!

I feel that REI is the best way to attain financial freedom and I look forward to meeting people with a similar mindset.

Over the last year I have purchased 9 units in total and hope to use Brandon Turner's turn of "Stacking" over the next 5 years to get my business to where I would have financial freedom. 

I paid 440k for it and wrote off 420k year one.. and got it with 20k down.. kind of like buying an RV..  20 year loan 5% interest payments were only 3k a month.. that kind of freedom and fun you simply cant put a price on..
