A gallon of milk costs the same to everyone in the local market. 

Thomas, I got 2 doz eggs, a gallon of mooo juice and two loafs of bread with 5 lbs of my polish sausage and some chuck, so I know I'm not starving.

And if there is no heat and no power in winter, then you must winterize; dropping like $4 for a gallon of RV antifreeze to put in traps and to drain water everywhere else - that is way cheaper than redoing that rehab. 

And since tripling did not do the trick we have not gone high enough.Wait until you see European gas prices, they are paying $8/gallon right NOW!

@Steve Vaughan  although I do spend 5 to 6 bucks a gallon on Av Gas  LOL and a fill up is 82 gallons or 400 to 500 bucks a pop !!!...

The hydro jet is like a powerwasher, it would pump about 25 gallons of water a minute with a lot of pressure.

Use a color that is standard,, or keep the color number so you can match in a year or more..suggestion,, always paint the inside of closets WHITE.. easy to just touch up and you never have to worry about painting it to match the walls again...I use Whiskers color number 513-4 by shewin williams but you can color match to any brand of paint that is within your budget,, I only but 5 gallon cans.

I have a 40 unit property where I took out the two 100-gallon water heaters, installed water heaters in every unit, removed the grass, save a lot of water from watering, save a lot of natural, save from paying a gardener and I think I save about $30,000 every year.

The landlord may pay the water/sewer bills to the utility company but the tenants should reimburse / pay for it based on either consumption, flat fee, or some other basis (e.g. monthly rent or additional $50/mo utility fee includes up to X gallons of water per month.

Doesn't seem like there would be enough room for a 10 gallon hat!
