@Lucas Carl she is an inspector from the city, I know Airbnb doesn’t care about the two exits but the city does and the room does have the two exits, used to be a stove and we removed it to proof that we want to do the right thing with the city as well but she said there’s a fridge and a microwave, we say we will take them out and then she just keep saying is not going to happen she say she is against Airbnb

I was there last week with my contractor, my tenant didn’t realize apparently how bad his house stank, so we aired out the whole house and sprayed the fridge and put baking soda in there to help the smell for 30 days or so.
