I found that most of them obtained their wealth in one of three ways:1- They inherited it – not an option for me.2- They started a successful business and grew their wealth over many years – also not what I was looking to do.3- Created wealth through some form of real estate investing – Bingo!

I think the banks are shooting themselves in the foot.

The whole 6 foot section of pipe had a crack running from one flange to the other.

The playhouse is real property, it has concrete footings.

This property is a city rowhouse in a very high end neighborhood, so it gets alot of foot traffic.I'm not sure if a banner is too big, or would piss off the current owners too much.

I haven't stepped foot in the place in well over a year.. already purchased another house and am trying to move on.

Right now, its a 5000 sqr foot home on the water, with Al Pachino as my neighbour ( realy good price for rent. $1500 month)I could rent a home for $700-$1000 if i wanted to live with rats or mice in an absolute dump.

This is a way to get your foot in the door in real estate in this market, get trained, and earn money.
