Many are not but even if they are, I don't think it's a great idea for the reasons expressed above.Showings are restricted to those who are qualified to buy/rent.

I can express that at their own admission this number they generate can vary in accuracy from market to market.What I mean is that the more "data points" or in this case "sold properties" you have, the better the opportunity for accuracy.

They never asked me for an ROC number and never expressed concern about me being the owner-builder.

Yeah...somehow I expect that most people would have already expressed their frustration &/or displeasure, prior to getting to the point of terminating the relationship.My advice...never sign an exclusive right to represent for a buyer's agent.
