HI @Kim Handelman i agree with @Scott England... any pricing you are unsure on you can reach out to lowes or home depot and get their price... i have used lowes for various tasks and prices were not terribly far off for some of the tasks. as far as roof goes it Can be cleaned but depending on what is on there you could have a few options on how to clean it or remove whatever is up there. good luck, happy to help anyway i can.

Deborah BurianThe building science site has many useful case studies and even though many of them were conducted in the more humid environment of New England, the temperature swing from winter to summer will be comparable.When you say the house does not have a vapour barrier at the exterior wall, do you mean house wrap (tar paper in those days) or an actual vapour barrier (which should be on the warm side of the wall)?
