A house is a totally different story.

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

@Roni Williams how is this different from a lot of agents that sell an investor a property and refer them to a PMC?

Is it a position they could keep if they were in a different state than their employer?

Doing that bit of pre-work might be the difference for a buyer being able to move forward.

If so, you'd be looking at STR or MTR properties, not LTR.There's a big difference between these types of investment concepts.Please clarify your intentions...
