As for the increases - i think 9-10% is a huge give to landlords so we should be thankful :)More is coming is my guess - bans on application fees for sure is what i think is the next one to go. 

After moving to CA a year and a half ago, I was able to purchase my first property in Banning, CA.

In some cases they are placed on a banned list by the installation command.

Some states have banned the use of them for home owners.

IMO conversion to CAC, especially in a home that size, is a no brainer.  

Then, the ban ordinance will be repealed, and I'll be back in business - but it will take years for South Lake Tahoe to recover.

NOO - You need the right commercial zoning - CS, CN, CL, MUL, MUA, OR, RM (banned in 2022).

Years ago, there are also "no doc" loans which I got, then banned, and now making a comeback.
