Did you assemble those RTA cabinets yourself?

Hey Adam, it's exciting to hear that you've been able to assemble a team to get a property together.

Too easy to lift and maneuver the thing by the tank or not assemble from the box correctly. 

Also, you will want to line up the commitments from investors first so that when you approach brokers you are not wasting their time trying to assemble a group of investors.

However, after further consideration I’ve realized I would need to permit separately as an assembly/gathering space for the latter option. 

I'll attach some photos of the property pre-rehab.I could go into way more detail on the financing/rehab/furnishing side of things but I am exhausted from 2 months of painting and furniture assembling.

Products often list IIC test results that show big improvements when using acoustic underlay, you should be very skeptical of them unless your floor/ceiling assembly matches exactly.  

Cabinets are $200-300 on average if you buy ready to assemble cabinets (and that does not include installation) Flooring... same thing... does it look respectable, or worn?

This could be achieved through onsite 3-D printing of components, drone labor to assemble the multifamily building, major NGO investment in these technologies.
