First Timer in York, PA

Hello, BP! I'm Adam Sechrist, from York, PA. I currently manage the business end of a growing chiropractic office, but I previously worked in commercial lending as an underwriter and real estate portfolio manager (which is the extent of my RE experience...other than buying my current and previous homes). 

I'm so excited to get started in RE; it's where I want to eventually end up full-time. So that's my end goal; my initial goal is simply to do my first deal. I have a few friends who want to start with me, so we are pooling our resources and seeking out our first house to flip. 

I found BP about a week ago and I'm hooked! I've listened to dozens of podcasts and read the UBG, among other articles/blog posts. Just trying to arm myself with as much knowledge as possible before we officially start. I'm so grateful for this site and all it offers. Thanks!
