I have an interest in commercial and mixed use real estate but I noticed through browsing that residential is much more common on these forms.

I've been browsing for the last month and decided to join this amazing community.  

I've been learning thru browsing the forums, listening to the podcasts, reading investment books and searching the MLS often to get an idea for what homes are selling for in my area.

There is a casino/hotel there (Northern Quest) that has been going strong for 18 years or so (maybe longer and I just wasn't aware of it earlier than that).

Of course, I supposed I could just browse the phone but or Internet, but I'd much rather go with an attorney someone knows and has fond to be a valuable asset to their business.What I'm trying to do is create a Master Purchase and Sell Agreement that I can use again and again as I make more and more offers.An attorney who does closings and/or is connected to a Title Company would be the ideal one.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

As for single family, I like to use redfin to browse around to look at comps and zillow rental to look at other competing rental prices.

My area has seen a slight boost from casino gambling and the future of nanotechnology. 

Depending on how adventurous you want to be, you can check out Pigtown which is right next to the casino and the stadium.
