Im about to end my listing but dont want realtors calling me all day long, I have a million phone calls a day as an owner of multiple businesses and these guys are so pushy about getting the listings and call me at home,work,cell phone you name it.

My question is... since I will incur expenses (local REI club dues, Bigger Pockets Pro, entertainment expenses while building a team, fuel while prospecting desirable localities for my target property type, maybe a separate cell number and PO Box for direct mail responses etc...) this year, but will most likely not purchase a property until 2017, am I able to deduct those expenses against my w2 earned income this year?

I use it and when someone calls the number it rings to my cell phone and on the rare occasion I don't answer the caller gets my voicemail.I have used google voice for a while.
