It is a shame because Charlotte is losing affordable housing due to population & rent growth.  

It's a shame that such a vast majority of 401k plans are restricted to traditional assets to the point that people so often compare "401k vs REI."

It's such a hot niche, it's a shame not to have a category for VR , Short Term Rental Investors to search, and for sellers to list under.

it could be considered a sham if you do not follow the rules and have a viable business/401k.

It's a bit of a shame to see the grand mansions deteriorating into the ground, as East Cleveland was once of the wealthiest suburbs in the area and the home of John D.

There is no need to be ashamed of what your doing if your comfortable in your numbers and they make sense enough to make it work.

Unable to reach out, for they knew that whatever caused them to be in this situation was inevitably their fault, so they do not feel worthy of help or are too ashamed to reach out for it.

But it's a shame.
