I'm so happy that there is so much overall anti-guru sentiment on BP and that Josh does much to keep them on the sidelines on this blog.

Currently, the compliance piece, especially AML (anti money-laundering) regulations, are the main reasons for your hurdles....but if you can give more details I might be able to shed some light.

Have bought many used appliances from them and only once was there a repair problem and they gave me another appliance.I'm basically anti-appliance, I'm not in the appliance business.

You cannot deny the family because of the lead paint either, that's considered discrimination (you're refusing them because they have a kid) and is against the anti-discrimination laws of the state.

Anti-landlord stances make it really difficult to invest in the state for the average landlord, who might not own 1,000 units and can't afford to spend a year trying to get someone out of their property.

On the other side of the same leaf, cashing out to scale is the general anti to play.

Many are very anti rental units in their buildings, so I would make sure and diligently double check to see what rental regulations are like.
