I've read several books including Rich Dad, Poor Dad and a handful of Brandon Turner's books too.

Hey guys,I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad today and really enjoyed the book, but now I'm ready to start taking action.  

I personally hate the idea of trading my time for a paycheck and making someone else rich, no matter how easy the money is.

You could use a "cash rich" Partner to help you by taking part of any profit.

A "cash rich" Partner might be a solution to your problem with financing even if you have to give them some of your profit. 

Rich Dad, Poor Dad really hit home with me and from that day forward I knew how we were gonna make our money.

You could try going to Vegas and putting it all on black...but again...not really a "good" way to make quicker money.Generally speaking real estate is a get rich slowly way of investing and not a way to get rich quick...so maybe there are other strategies for making quick money in real estate that others can suggest but I just don't know what they are. 

.- You are rich with time, ambition, and energy.** Focus on the latter. 

From this community, I heard about "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and read this book about six times while on paternity leave :).
