I won't bore you with my scroll of excuses.Here is my reasoning to try this: I have spent money and hours learning.

I am starting out in my REI mission and am currently scrolling through the MLS looking for deals and practising how to analyse the numbers of some of the properties that I find.

So far I been using www.homes.com, then I click on home values on the top bar of the page, and enter a zip code, then I navigate the web map and scroll in on area which gives me my sold real estate and market value of houses.

You'll have to scroll down to Alternative Business Names in the left column.We THINK this is how they shelter themselves from lawsuits.

Those alerts can also be seen if you mouse over the "Inbox" on the upper right menu bar and scroll down.

As of this morning when I go to read a message it does not appear at the top of the screen where it use to be but if I scroll down quickly I see it at the bottom ... but only briefly as it then runs away and I have to scroll down again to catch it ... rinse and repeat.
