It's my understanding that "assisted living" is in different categories, depending on the degree of assistance and care required. for medically assistedpersons, I know some are the waiting room to heaven and not classified as nursing homes, and then there are those for limited assistance, like someone restricted to a wheel chair and who has say mental issues who can not really be on their own.A friend of mine owns several assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

I work in a hospital around doctors and nurses that make pretty good money, how would you approch them for such a request:- would you present a business card, or a type of brochure explaining the terms, how would you word it ?

I also don't plan on marketing my real estate services to the general public in the beginning (that may change over time, depending on my job).I have read over and over again how the majority of brokers don't want to sponsor agents who also have full-time jobs (excluding teachers, nurses, and others who don't have typical 9-5 hours) because they probably won't bring in as much as business as a "full-time" agent, can't always do floor time, attend inspections, closings, etc.
