This complex had a horrible manager. She didn't even do background or credit checks. After evicting 3 tenants and putting in new ones which I personally looked into with credit and back ground checks, we are fully occupied and are collecting full rent. One is a flight stewardess another a restaurant manager, another a nurse. We do have one tenant that wants to move because she wants more amenities and she's is paying a one month lease break fee which will give us a month to get it ready for a new tenet. I do have an advantage, I work for a military contractor in the management office and we manage 1100 homes 5 communities it's all privatized military members, retirees and some civilians. Happy investing!
