When we were shopping, we did see some more moderately priced porcelain tiles, so they may work budget wise for you in what I assume is a rental.

First develop a buyers' list, through joining a real estate investment club and getting to know people, especially the owner/moderator. 

Then, after you invest in its rehabilitation, you sell it at a moderate price.

The termite remediation treatment is done, but the majority of the sill under the house has some termite damage - mild to moderate damage covering 60% of the sill in the front, sides, and back as well as across a couple of the floor beams.
