My lease says that tenants are responsible for their own pest control and snow removal and that I'm "not" liable (well, my lease says that at least).Even so, I sometimes spray for bugs.

They are including utilities and cleaning of common areas like I mentioned, and I am sure they are including lawn care and snow removal since I know they take care of that for their properties already.
