I'm not sure if the general public can attend or if you need to be enrolled in the MBA program.

Make sure you find and speak with an Enrolled Agent or CPA to make sure you are not breaking any IRS rules.  

Your accountant is your CFO make sure you ask and give them enough information to advise you.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

( 20 hours per week) that provides the following: Seller Lead  System, Property Analysis, Agent Enrollment (building relationships with Realtors, Build Buyers List, Public Records Search - cash buyers in y county, Crarigslist automation, and several other services.

NA Beard, I just heard a new term called "enrollment agent."

To your point, I have read many times that unless you enroll in a top program you are wasting your time.

If this lawsuit is won, would every landlord have to enroll in the section 8 program?
