Hi Dillon,It can be tough to find deals here in Westchester but you CAN find diamonds in the rough... even on the MLS!!

Buyers aren't going to let you cash flow like a monster being a slum lord and then sell off the POS like it's a flawless diamond.

I bring this up because the diamond in the rough is to find what's considered a Class C property in a Class A or B neighborhood- The CRE definition of Class C is- "Buildings are at least 20 years old and in a state of relative disrepair.
