I have recently sold that business and now am eagerly trying to find out more about real estate investing in all its facets.I also enjoy sports cars, dog showing (I have a champion German Shepherd), trying to play the guitar, and home theater.I am looking for a mentor in this online community to help guide me through the first few deals.Thanks for the time and I hope to learn a lot!

Most managers even said they will only take rentals in Windsor Hills so that should be a very strong indicator of where to look.Other places - Emerald Island Resort, Reunion Resort/Champions Gate.

For instance if you can find a cheaper property in League city (not holding my breath) then renting it should be easy with the crazy prices in that area.
