@Sehyun Lim Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

forget to mention , there's recent development to build new class B+/C hotel like BestWestern in the area of around Waikoloa, so it's starting.This island is missing the middle lower-class brand-name hotel due to very limited hotel approval but it's there in extremely very limited approval.I think most local would reject most development, hence Kauai and big island is still more natural compare to lets say oahu/honolulu....
