Yea we are expecting someone to sue for restricting property owners rights.

Form what we are seeing and experiencing, nationwide rents are decreasing and evictions are increasing.

Unfortunately, these conversations ended poorly, and we are no longer in contact.

So the property I bought had previous termite damage and we are having it repaired and treated however.

We could probably push it to 70k income, but we take all of the good holidays for ourselves, and we have occupancy restrictions to lessen wear and tear on the property.

. :-(  We are only staying with the bank because the rate is so advantageous and the terms are as well.

Seam sealer can be used to help keep the gaps tight in problem locations.
