What I love is it is essentially the same thing I did in my house just a few months ago, and virtually the same layout too.

Depends on your budget, location and if you want drone footage, ability to virtually stage it with furniture, do you want/need Matterport etc.

This is a sticking point for us the seller is allowing us an opportunity with virtually no cash out other than closing costs.
