Virtual assistant?

Hey All,Hailing from NYC.I'm in the industry as a expediter (permits,violations), contractor, vendor(photography,floorplans,3D Virtual Tours) and soon to be licensed RE agent. 

I've searched high and low for a bilingual virtual assistant.

Using 8 points, I will provide clarity on what is truth, and what is misinterpretation by the media of industry statistics. 1 – Appreciation Most people are obsessed with analysing average property prices, and how much they have increased – that is virtually irrelevant – the yearly appreciation is the number to watch.

I can find positive cash flow properties virtually every day in San Diego. 

I am hoping there is someone in Northern Colorado that would be generous enough to offer me their expertise, or someone anywhere that I can get virtual advice from.

I live on Long Island but virtually wholesaling in the Florida and Georgia market.

Meaning the mortgage interest deduction is virtually worthless to a family buying a median priced home.

Know virtually nothing about finding and working with these folks.  

I am thinking that I would be most interested in buy and hold rentals but honestly am still very open at this point as I have virtually no substantial experience in real estate.
