Anybody with some tips in the NY market

How is everybody doing I am fairly new to this site and love it so far I have got so much good information. Is there anybody who can tell me more about the New York market. I live on Long Island but virtually wholesaling in the Florida and Georgia market. I closed a couple deals virtually but would to know why I can't do the same thing in my home city? It's even hard finding a title company that does double closing.. Anybodies feedback will be much appreciated
