@Nana Sefa- if you are  using a loan to buy - you are  required to obtain title insurance ....if you are  buying with cash - I would still recommend  paying for this as it  will help protect you in the future if there happens to be any issues on the title of the proeprty

If you are looking to use your W-2 and tax returns to qualify, you would be using a conventional loan, which typically don't allow LLC vesting (unless you transfer the deed later).

Hello Mike, you can house hack by renting rooms out or you can house hack using a multi-family property, they are both the same.

If you are using a contractor, let them get them as they already have contacts.
