@Alvin C.NW side neighborhoods like Logan, Wicker Park, etc (A/B class neighborhoods) appeal to a lot of house hackers but they tend to be more expensive than neighborhoods that are further north/west (more B/C class neighborhoods).

I would appreciate it an experienced house hacker could clear this up.Thank you!

It makes sense for a house hacker/someone that doesn't want to pay their mortgage while the live on the property...

Just wondering how fellow house hackers out there are writing up their leases for room by room house hacks.

But I am saying that I am happy to consider low cashflow properties in awesome parts of town, ESPECIALLY if I plan to live there as a house hacker.
