However, the design that looks like tile is not yet available in the click type Ultra.

Personally alot of these syndications get financing so aggressive that in a down market it would make it nearly impossible to sell or refinance so I would never invest in anything with ultra aggressive financing regardless of the syndicator's ability to execute.

So the DRE for all a states tends to be ultra conservative.I do not know about California but in other states it is a MUST you disclose your licensure.

This should help cover the buyer and avoid knee-jerk seller reactions mid-to-late-escrow.As for a listing stating 'cash offers only, no hard money'...sort of ridiculous and from my perspective the sign of the times in this ultra hot, nationwide, sellers market.

From the research I've done so far, I think the Allure trafficmaster regular or Ultra (With click together installation) would be the best bet for durability over tile.
