Can't speak for all of course but that is a trend I am seeing .For the turnkey guys it really boils down to I can sell the asset and make 10 to 20k or I can keep and make 200 a month if I am lucky on cash flow... for the one's that are keeping rentals they now have enough mass IE over 120 doors were it starts to make sense to keep them and I will help them get to 500 doors here in the next 3 years...
