Once again the consultant that I'm working with can't seem to get his email situated so he's sending me text messages in regards to 10 to 30 credit card companies online that will fund me for a credit card little skeptical.

The idea of business cards came from the day dreaming of this real estate club meeting. 

That being said I have a couple more options.Option #1: Do a cash out refinance on the property with $100k (property #1) and I would be left with the $60k needed for purchase but nothing for rehab and I don't have enough cash to handle this so I'd have to rely on 0% interest credit cards, some cash, and maybe some other type of line or credit or loan with a higher interest rate.  

It can be a hassle physically running around picking stuff up but most of my trusted subs are armed with my Lowes account cards.

Like how you get hold of a work permit or green card.

We bring a card table, folding chairs, extra applications and a copier to copy ID and paycheck stubs.  

You can explain that just like utilities, car loans, or credit cards, you are not flexible with payment options.
